The borrowers are able to manually upload their statements – both in the online app, and through the manual follow-up request for Asset Statements by following the steps below.  

 

  1. Choose their financial institution

 

  1. Select ‘I don’t want to link this account’ under the Login information


  1. Enter the account type and balance.  They can add as many accounts as they need to by clicking ‘Add another’.  

 

  1. Once they’re done adding all their account info for that bank and click ‘Continue’ they are prompted to either wrap up the section, or they can add accounts from another institution

 

  1. Once they click ‘No, I’m all done’, they will receive an automatic follow up request for Account Statements, which is where they will manually upload account statements for all the accounts they listed in the previous steps
