If a borrower needs to reset their password, or they're locked out from their account, they can reset by clicking the 'Trouble signing in' link on the Blend login page - apply.totalmortgage.com. Once that link is clicked, enter the email address associated to the file and click 'Send link'. The borrower will then receive an email from 'noreply@totalmortgage.com'* with instructions for resetting their password. Either you or the Borrower can complete the 'Trouble signing in' step from the main login page.
*Note: the pw reset email may get sent to the borrower's spam folder - please make sure they are checking there if they don't see the email in their general inbox.
