The borrower will receive an email from Total Mortgage Services with the subject line ‘Activate your Total Mortgage Services loan hub to manage documents online’.

Within the email, there will be a blue ‘Activate loan hub’ button that will bring them to Blend to create their account and eConsent. Once on the Blend login page, they will setup their login and eConsent at the same time. Their email address will default as the login, and they will create a password – a green bar will populate when they have met Blend’s password requirements.

On that same account creation page is a checkbox the borrower is required to complete accepting Blend’s terms of use, privacy policy and eConsent. When they click that checkbox and click ‘Create Account’ the borrower has completed eConsent.

*Note: If there is more than one borrower on the file, the other borrower(s) will receive the same ‘Activate your Total Mortgage Services loan hub to manage documents online’ automatically after the primary borrower has setup their account.

**Note: If there is a co-borrower on the file, the co-borrower will be prompted to eConsent after account creation. The eConsent on the main page only applies to the main borrower.
