Click the ‘Pre-Approval’ option under the ‘Application’ tab:
You can lower the purchase price from this screen by using the slide bar.
There are two ways to send the letter – either to the borrower via Blend, or you can text/email the letter to anyone
To send to the borrower via the Blend portal, click the blue ‘Send’ button:
To text/email to anyone click the ‘View letter’ option > click export > choose how you want to send and to whom.
