Open the loan in the ‘Blend Loan Officer’ mobile app > if you see a ‘Credit pull available’ notification on the first page, you can click into that. If you’re not seeing that, click on the ‘Application’ tab and click ‘Pull credit’.
Choose either ‘Pull new credit’ or ‘Retrieve an existing report’ if previously pulled in Encompass:
Choose either a hard pull or soft pull > verify information on the following screens > click ‘Pull credit’:
View credit summary after the pull is complete > click on the ‘view’ link to review the entire Xactus report
